I combined business intelligence, data analytics, automation, and user-centered design to transform complex business challenges into intuitive, impactful analytical solutions. My goal was not simply to build dashboards but to make data meaningful, accessible, and actionable for everyone.
One of my key achievements was developing an automated RFQ (Request for Quotation) processing solution, reducing manual processing time by 30% while handling approximately 100 requests per month. By identifying inefficiencies and redesigning workflows, I helped streamline commercial operations and accelerate business analysis. I also designed and developed Power BI dashboards supporting 25 stakeholders across five departments, including senior management. Using SQL, Python, and Power Query, I transformed and validated complex datasets, identified anomalies, and built reliable reporting solutions to monitor procurement and business performance.
What made these projects particularly exciting was the UI/UX dimension of business intelligence. I explored different dashboard layouts, tested visualizations with business users, and refined KPI selection to find the clearest and most intuitive ways to communicate performance. By incorporating user feedback and applying principles of usability, visual hierarchy, and information design, I worked to ensure that every dashboard was not only visually engaging but also easy to understand, navigate, and use for decision-making.
Working closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance, I translated diverse business requirements into practical analytical tools, bridging the gap between technical solutions and real operational needs.
